About Lucio Esposito, Carla Bluitt, and Ashley Blume....
Lucio is the Managing Director for Crest Leather USA. A native of Argentina, Lucio grew up watching his dad run their family-owned tannery and has a wealth of knowledge about raw material and the tanning process. He is a visionary for the company, offering strategic direction for the sales team; leads product development, working closely with the flagship tannery in Italy; and oversees high volume manufacturing accounts. Along with a colleague, Lucio launched Crest Leather USA and opened the distribution facility in Greensboro, NC in 2014.
As Business Development Manager, Carla draws on her background in sales, marketing and business administration to service Crest Leather’s clients across the US, including furniture manufacturers, workrooms and upholstery shops, design professionals and distribution partners. Responsible for customer acquisition, growth and retention, Carla makes sure that customers are equipped for success. She also enjoys networking with industry partners and educating upholstery professionals.
Ashley is responsible for Inside Sales and is an integral part of the Crest Leather sales team. Ashley seeks out new upholstery partners, sets up new accounts, assists with sample requests and makes sure customer swatch libraries are up to date. As a valued marketing professional with a customer service background, Ashley looks for new, innovative ways to reach customers while promoting the Crest brand.
